MetLife launches smart customer portal
Own Correspondent: MetLife Bangladesh has launched a full-time digital service platform 'Smart Customer Portal' for its customers. The company said in a press release on Tuesday (December 6).
By using the Smart Customer Portal, customers will be able to access their insurance policy information online from anywhere at any time. The Smart Customer Portal is open 24 hours a day and can be accessed from any device with internet connection.
All the necessary information regarding the insurance policy of the customers including the policy status, maturity date, premium payment date can be obtained from the portal. It will also help customers to download annual premium payment certificate for the purpose of income tax return and pay premium securely online.
Smart Customer Portal ensures customer safety and confidentiality of information. Because only MetLife customers can see this information.
